Crying is one way to get hurt feelings out. We have tears inside us for just this reason. Letting out your tears can even help keep your body from getting sick.
If you feel as if you can't stop crying, that's okay. If you can, go to a quiet place and take lots of tissues! Cry as much as you need to. Having a caring person hold you while you cry is very helpful, too
Think of the tears that are coming out as a way of washing some of your sadness away!
